Olive Tree Varieties

Our 1600 tree grove was planted by us in 2011 and has three varieties:
Picual - hints of tomato and passionfruit.
Hojiblanca - hints of artichoke and walnut.
Koroneiki - hints of apple and dried mint.

Green banana and tropical aromas combined with a lively fruit balance and pleasant bitterness and pungency.
